The Celebration: A Three-Day Luxury Birthday Experience in Austin

Now, step behind the scenes of one of our most joyous revelries to date:
A three-day, all-inclusive luxury birthday celebration in Austin for one of our clients.

DAY ONE: The Welcome Celebration

Orchestrating a multi-day luxury birthday experience? That’s our love language.

For our client’s milestone celebration, every detail was curated to feel personal, intentional, and transportive, from the moment guests arrived to the final farewell brunch. This wasn’t just an event. It was an immersive experience crafted to surprise, delight, and indulge across three unforgettable days.

The weekend began at Hotel Saint Cecilia, an Austin icon known for its soulful style and creative spirit. Guests were greeted with a moment of pure magic: a synchronized swimming performance by Epic Entertainment, staged in the hotel’s deep blue pool. It was unexpected, elegant, and entirely on-brand—setting the tone for the immersive experience ahead.

Following the welcome performance, guests settled into a private evening of in-house catering and custom cocktails beneath a canopy of trees and twinkling lights. The energy was warm, cinematic, and deeply intentional.

Guests arrived to bespoke welcome gifts, including custom robes by House of Alaan, displayed in-room as part of a thoughtfully styled hospitality moment. A beautifully printed itinerary by Sam Crosby offered a preview of what was to come: intimate dinners, live entertainment, a few magical surprises, and plenty of time to gather, toast, and connect.

DAY TWO: From Dinner Party to Dance Floor

If Night One was all about intimacy and setting the mood, Night Two was a lesson in evolution, a celebration that unfolded in layers, each moment more unexpected than the last.

We began with an al fresco dinner layered in texture and elegance. Under a blanket of stars, guests gathered around a long, cinematic table featuring BBJ La Tavola and Nudge Design linens, and expressive, sculptural florals by our team. Furniture from Quest Events and Loot Rentals created a sense of grounded beauty and flow, while custom lighting installations cast a soft, golden glow across the scene.

Then came the first surprise: a live performance by illusionist Zak Mirz, whose mix of charm, mind-bending sleight of hand, and humor had guests leaning in and letting go. The experience broke every trace of formality, replacing it with laughter and wonder.

Next: dessert, reimagined. A designer cake by Flower & Flour added both beauty and bite, a work of edible art from the same creative who’ll be joining us this fall for a special hands-on workshop.

And just when it felt like the night couldn’t go any further, curfew hit and the party transformed. Guests slipped on color-coded headphones as a silent disco by Austin Silent Disco took over the lawn. With multiple playlists and the freedom to choose your own soundtrack, the dance floor became a playground. It was vibrant, unfiltered, and full of joy.

DAY THREE: Farewell Brunch with an Italian Twist

After two nights of elevated indulgence and immersive celebration, Day Three arrived with sun, stillness, and a sense of quiet joy. The kind of morning that makes you want to linger.

We set the scene for the final gathering: a sun-drenched brunch that felt like it belonged on the Italian coast, full of color, warmth, and charm. The table was a moment in itself, a vibrant nod to summer’s final act.

Tomatoes and roses tangled together in a lush, artful centerpiece that could have doubled as a still life. Stripes were layered unapologetically on plates, on linens, even the flatware creating a sense of rhythm and play. The entire setting moved like a painting, with textures and tones that kept both the eye and camera returning for more.

Our team blended linens from BBJ La Tavola and custom elements from Nudge Design, allowing for visual depth and color harmony. Fresh produce, custom-printed napkins, and unexpected tableware moments gave the tablescape a sense of curated ease, refined but relaxed, detailed but never overdone.
